This is the first time I have been into this coffee shop. When I arrived its clearly very busy and well liked as it was hard to find a table. I found a table and went to order. Only having 2 members of staff on during a busy Monday lunch rush was a shame. Longer than expected waits for my drink. Whilst waiting for my drink, an older couple came and dumped old cups and plates from another table on the one I had chosen. After I tried to explain that it was sitting at that table they simply smiled and walked back to the table they had chosen. I removed the items and gave them to the staff member. It was clear by her face that they were not coping with the amount of people present. As I sat I watched as multiple tables left and new customers were moving around used cups to other tables. In the 30mins a spent here not once did ether member of staff clear a table. In the end customers were taking the full trays up to the counter and leaving them there for the staff to sort. Made my trip really disappointing. For a large chain clearly making money is more important that giving an enjoyable visit for customers.

We had a honeycomb latte and a smoothie this morning. The smoothie was lovely but the latte was overly sweet for me. The staff are lovely though and service was quick. Would go again but try something different.

Very tasty coffee. It is hard to find a good coffee shop nowadays. Staff are always very nice, friendly and polite.

What can I say but awful, we placed a huge order of 10 drinks our delivery driver came with someone else’s order of two drinks and a cookie. When ringing Coffee One they were rude and very dismissive…..would I use them again absolutely not. Such shocking service and do not use unless you want to be conned out of money!

The staff are always very friendly, courteous and professional.The sandwiches ,cakes and coffee are very good and competitively priced.The service is prompt and polite. There is always a very busy and welcoming atmosphere at Coffee#1.

Post COVID this place lost it's charm, just a smidge. The lady manager there is great though, leads by example. Always smiling, talking to each individual and really making an effort to build a rapport while serving. The coffee is good (again though lost it's charm after COVID) good selection of food and cakes, the aesthetics are pleasing also. Best to visit during less busy periods to enjoy the atmosphere & ambience.

Coffee1 in Southbourne is a great place to meet for coffee. The staff are very friendly. It's a nice and chilled atmosphere. It's dog friendly too with plenty of space. I always rate Coffee1's coffee to be best in the area. Even the decaf tastes good! They offer delicious vegan cakes like the Cinnamon bun, raspberry croissant, chocolate brownie and carrot cake. Thanks again.

Great atmosphere as always, lovely coffee and really reasonably priced! The food always looks so tempting and it did not disappoint!Only bug bear is trying to use my NHS Blue Light Card discount, but this isn't accepted unless it's linked through the app which is not straightforward to do. Appreciate this isn't the fault of the staff but it would be great if they made it easier.

Do not order from this company !! Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered over £45 worth of coffee for my staff at work and only 1 coffee arrived ! Rang up to receive a refund and was told by the “manager” that it was nothing to do with her and “we don’t do refunds”.Happy to take money off the customers and not provide the goods !! SHOCKING !!!
