Staff are very friendly and very helpful very hard working ladies

There's one thing I buy here. It isn't the green Bananas. I would if they were yellow. But today I was harassed at the self-checkouts. I've been using self-checkouts for 15 years. I know how they work.

It's always a brilliant place to go to get my shopping done. The staff are always happy to help out.

Got what I needed and staff was very happy and friendly.

I usually do my Iceland shopping online but because I was in town did my shopping and opted for delivery. Putting groceries away at home and I was met with a wet carrier bag from a Carling multi pack - I cut the packing open carefully to see what was leaking only to be met with the cans & packing moldy. Phoned the store straight away & was told to ring back the following morning to have a replacement sent out. Rang next day and was asked how many cans were leaking (I hadn't bothered to check after seeing the mold - just bagged & put outside) before being told to call into the store for a replacement. I said that I could not do that today so someone did finally bring a replacement. I thought that the whole nightmare was over when I decided to cook tea (using chicken thighs also purchased from the same store at the same time . As soon as I opened the packing the smell of rotten meat filled the kitchen ,parts were dry on the edges, grey in others and they were sticky to the touch . I purchased on the 18/01/20 with a use by day of 21/01/20 - surely if the store had kept it at the correct temperature I should have been able to use it the day after purchasing

I like that I can find basically anything I need here, however, I’m not happy with the fact that they close before the actual closing time. It is stated that closing time on Sundays is 4pm, but I got to the store, 10mins to 4pm and they had already closed. This is highly inconvenient and misleading especially since I checked on google and was told the store was still open. Please fix this

Good shop which well stocked with food. Pleasant staff who was helpful.

In general good supermarket ,they should add halal food
