Serene Baby Massage and Yoga

Serene Baby massage isn’t just a massage, it’s an experience, it’s a moment in time that gives you and your baby time together during what can be a busy time navigating being a mummy or juggling other children. The memories I was able to make coming to the classes have been wonderful and something money can’t buy. The classes make you feel content and you get a chance to get to know your baby even better. The intimate classes also allow you to talk to other mummies and gives you that safe space to talk about any of your worries or just have validation from like minded people. Such a small investment, words can’t really describe the experience, It’s worth the small investment.

The baby massage course has been a truly special way to bond with my baby. I learned something new every week that I am able to implement day to day, and have also made lovely memories to look back on. Sareena brings such a gentle nature to the class and adds lots of fun along the way. My family and friends have heard all about Serene Baby and I know they will be signing up for a course soon!

I cannot recommend Sareena enough! After a few people mentioned the serene baby classes I decided to book and it was the best thing I did! I really look forward to the class each week! It’s so calming knowing that for 1hour I can have quality time with my baby, chat to other mums there openly and also be in the comfort that I can feed him / change him easily and know that if he gets upset I won’t be judged or made to feel out of place! The cup of tea and biscuits is a bonus :) the structure of the courses are lovely too with little bits made in class to take away! I will carry on with the classes as long as I can!

Serene baby class is by far one of the best classes I have been to.The classes are held in the most relax studio and Sareena couldn’t make you feel more comfortable. Sometimes as a new mum attending a class can be daunting but Sareena takes all that away.I found the the whole experience really enjoyable and would strongly recommend the classes. My little girl has benefited from Baby massage and is now enjoying her messy play classes, which are so well thought out and involve lots of fun. Definitely a class to remember.

Myself and my little boy absolutely loved our classes with Sareena! The classes are fun and interactive and it's great to see your little one improve over the courses. We completed Music Stars, Baby Yoga and Sensory Stretch and Play and I would recommend all of these! The courses are also a great way to meet other mums as there are lots of social events to attend too. I would definitely recommend these courses to any new mums!

We have absolutely loved our Baby Massage and Yoga classes with Serenna. From the moment you walk into the gorgeous studio, you are both spoilt rotten with hot drinks, biscuits, keep sakes and the expert knowledge of your teacher. We absolutely love our classes with Sareena. From the minute you walk in you and baby are made to feel really special. You feel like this class is not just for baby but for you as a Mummy too. You are offered hot drinks (and you have a chance to drink it!) and always asked how you are feeling / what self care you are doing. Each week there’s a little surprise (I won’t spoil them!) and there are so many massage techniques and yoga moves that can be used at home. I have already signed up to the next course and can’t wait! Baby Massage and Yoga was the first baby group my little one and I attended and we have loved every minute! Serena made us feel so comfortable and welcome before we even arrived and the sessions have been fantastic. The classes are totally baby led, which put me at ease and created a stress-free environment. These classes have helped me to bond with my baby, learn new skills and make new friends! They’ve been a highlight of our weeks and we are really looking forward to the next class!

This was the first class me and my little one have been too and it was such an amazing experience with a calming environment for both mum and baby. I’ve seen some of the other baby groups and find them quite overwhelming but this one was just perfect for us! Nim at Moggerhanger was fantastic and took time and patience. She was really supportive throughout the class, there was never any pressure for mum or baby which created a lovely relaxing environment. Highly recommend joining a class ❤️
