Always like M&S especially the food dept.There's plenty of choice & the quality is first class! Usually go upstairs to the cafe for a coffee before going home

Good size outlet with loads of parking out front. Clothing and food hall cover most needs and provide good quality, value for money and customer service.Nice little cafe upstairs which can get very busy.

Just been watching the M&S TV ad for their chickens. They make the lives and accommodation of the sweet little critters sound like paradise...'HEY LOOK HOW NICE WE ARE TO THE CHICKENS'.... GREAT VIRTUE SIGNALING.....But they still get slaughtered don't they.BUT HEY, THEY TASTE BETTER THAN OUR COMPETITORS CHICKENS.

It’s great having an M&S Foodhall in North Coventry! Have popped in a few times to pick up some treats. The place is always well staffed with cheery and happy staff, it’s always clean, well stocked and not too busy. Need a few better desserts but other than that very pleased it’s here

Disappointed by lack of staff and lack of professional image , manager visable and scruffy image for work, elderly people commented in cafe. Sad to see what has happened to M and S . Why can't they refocus on their old values, British made and quality. Even cafe that was lovely is now losing quality.

Review for the M&S CafeAlways a joy to go here. People are friendly as ever and the food is really nice albeit quite expensive. Try avoid between 12pm and 1pm on a weekend; they are probably short of some more seating space as it is a very popular choice up the Arena Shopping Park.Good quality Tea and Coffee, and the best of all is having a scone with Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam!Definitely worth a visit for lunch once in a while rather than every week unless you can afford to.

Don’t expect good customer service. Staff are rude. I was waiting for my change at the self service. I got the 10 pence but not the pound coins. On calling the girl for assistance I was told, that she couldn’t make it go any faster and I would have to wait! I waited but still no pound coins called her again only at that point she called another member of staff who took me to customer service to give me what I was owed!

Not quite their biggest store, but always a great selection of food; usually something good my size in shirts/trousers/shoes; customer service always exemplary, nothing ever too much trouble". Excellent parking. They also serve best coffee at Arena Park. What's not to like?"
