My mother and I popped in here for a quick bite while shopping just before midday, (Bristol town center opposite Primark) we both wanted the £3.99 smoky bacon double melt and fries but they were sold out so we settled for the £5.99 Doritos king box double melt. The burger wasn't anything to rave about but we were pleasantly surprised by the Doritos chicken fries - would get them again. Food unfortunately wasn't very hot. Extra dips/sauces range from 25-35p each. Lots of the flavours of drinks from the machine weren't available. It wasn't very busy in there when we visited but it took at least 20 minutes for food to be served so service was slow, however we couldn't fault the friendliness of the staff though. Would like to point out to make sure you grab your receipt because if you plan on using the toilet facilities during your visit you will need a code at the bottom of the receipt to get in there.I wasn't greatly impressed with this burger king so probably wouldn't go back.

Went to this burger king a few times in the evening. The service was good, I got my food quite quickly and most of all, I love their burgers. I think they do burgers better than McDonald's, but I prefer McDonald's fries and ice cream. So I recommend both.

Genuinely one of the worst fast food franchises i’ve been to. almost every table was dirty and covered in rubbish, when I did find a clean table some woman made me move because it was apparently closed, even tho it was the only clean area. Just go to maccies instead

Cleanest Burger King Ive been to! Had the new chicken burger they serve, with spiced chicken, and it was lovely too. The staff were polite and efficient.

You get what you pay for.Bland cold food, served by staff who are not in the least interested.Tables dirty and not very welcoming.Disappointed because Burger King were always much better than McDonald's.Now they're both very poor.Won't go back.

I tried the new Doritos collab, so you don’t have toHonestly, this branch is my favourite BK in the city, so I tried the new product here, but even they couldn’t save it. I should’ve taken the signs when the cashiers gave me that “Don’t buy it” look, but I persisted.Persisted in paying 5£ for five minuscule chicken fingers that taste like the dust on the bottom of a Doritos pack, the sour and pointless ones that always get stuck on the packaging.But the fault is also on me for trusting BK with anything other than burgers

The restaurant is under new management and it shows a massive improvement. Well done. The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly.

Food was OK...went to use the toilet and was totally put off the rest of my food! The mess on the floor was unacceptable and practically everything in there is rusty. The smell stayed with me for a while!
