Leah was wonderful - she was very genuine, friendly, and approachable as she went above and beyond her role. She was so patient with me as we tested out different products and she offered lots of tips and tricks. I could tell that she was really invested into choosing the right products for me and didn’t make me feel pressured to purchase anything on the day. She is a real asset to the team working at Benefit and I hope to see her again soon :)
