Bought a brand new jeep that has had electrical issues, no one from the branch has returned my calls. Jeep customer care is also a joke. Very disappointed and will be referring to the Motor ombudsman

ABSOLUTE AMAZING SERVICE! I called in January looking for a new vehicle, but was only going to purchase the vehicle in March. Barry took the call and from day one on he helped me sort a new vehicle. A-Z service. Even changing things on sort notice, Barry got it done. Everything was just so easy and Barry did everything he said he would, No over promising and under delivering here! To be honest, 4 days prior to my purchase, I had no idea and certainly no intention to part exchange my vehicle after it was booked in for a 6th year service and MOT. Naturally, bills start to mount up after this period of ownership and this particular bill was the catalyst for seeking a replacement, which I investigated online whilst waiting in the servicing waiting area. It can't have been 15 minutes before Jon Simpson of the on site sales team called back, though I think he was a little taken a back to learn that we were conversing on the phone within the same room. Purely in terms of the sales experience, I cannot fault the customer service. Whilst the vehicle in question was not on site at the time, Jon did make a point to ensure it was on site and readied by the time of my next visit, 4 days later. Within that time, I received reassuring messages to verify what it was I needed to consider and bring with me on the day and one e-mail contained a personal video vehicle tour of the interior and exterior. Whilst Jon was not on site on the day to assist with the purchase itself, James Holden was. A test drive, no trouble at all and we even sorted vehicle tax affairs before I drove off. The upshot is that I am obviously considerably lighter in the pocket than I had anticipated only 4 days before (though no car stays in perfect condition forever), but I would sum up my sales experience as courteous, efficient and professional. With regards to the vehicle itself, pretty good value for money, though you would have to attribute some of this value down to the purchase process.

Very happy with the service I received at Jeep St Albans from Robert. He very kindly answered all my questions and helped me through the process of updating my car.Thanks also to manager Barry who changed over my private reg for me and got me connected to the uconnect system.

Terrible service. Boooked the car in for a service for my disabled wife, on the phone it had been noted she is disabled and needed her mobility scooter moved from her car to the loan car. this was promised along with putting her in a suitable vehicle that would take the scooter. day before the service the car like for like was confirmed but on the day she got handed the keys to a small unsuitable vehicle and told thats all we have. on calling back i managed to speak to johan who was rude and dismissive. I will not be dealing with these again when its time to purchase my next car.

Used their online booking form to book a service/repair with hire car. They held the booking for a week until I received an email to say it has been cancelled, no reason why. Total waste of my time. I'll take my business elsewhere.
