I tend to mostly go to the food hall, and to be honest for most things I might consider buying here, I'd probably prefer instead to get them from Fortnum and Mason (tea, chocolate, etc). Still, now and again it makes a nice change.

It is huuuuge and confusing. AFAIK they have a promise, that you can buy EVERYTHING there. Even if they have to ship it in from Australia.
