I recently purchased a used car from Škoda Vindis Cambridge, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The car itself spoke volumes - it was in immaculate condition and I’m very pleased both the service vehicle. Even part-exchanging my previous car was a seamless process. Having collected my lovely Skoda Scala on 14th November, I have to say how delighted I am with the service received at the showroom, from the day I walked into Vindis Skoda,Milton Rd,Cambridge. David Kalinsky looked after me so well.As I was browsing David asked me what I both wanted and needed in my new car then suggested models that would be possibly suited to me.There was never any pressure,all my questions were answered,I felt very comfortable and looked after very well.I am so pleased with my new car, but my experience here has surpassed any other dealer over the past 20 years. The staff were very polite and accommodating to my needs when purchasing a new vehicle. From start to finish I felt comfortable in the knowledge both Mark & Stephen had in terms of the loads of questions I threw at them - Thank you for being so helpful, I love my new Skoda.

Worst after sales experience ever.Brought a service plan but after booking one for six weeks time (closest they could offer) it got cancelled.Car is just over two years old now. Car play and Bluetooth still don’t work, handbrake freezes so much so that after a weeks holiday I had to call in a mechanic to get the car moving in the airport car park. Front fog light isn’t watertight so is full of mud. Emails take weeks to be responded to and I have to chase multiple times for an answer.Service at Waterbeach are slow to respond.If you’re looking to buy I would go to Letchworth - my previous car was from there and the customer service was exemplary.

Steve was very helpful and patient answering our endless questions. He gave us time to discuss things privately. Love the car. Would definitely recommend others to buy a car here.
