The Chocolate Factory
Complete waste of money. Spent an hour entertaining our kids ourselves in each of the empty rooms. Didn't expect to get chocolate given to us in massive quantities but certainly expected something more than big empty rooms and just being told to take pictures. Idea great, execution quite poor.

This event is a is pure greed at its finest! Ended up paying £46 for me and my daughter due to a dodgy tickets system. Completely over hyped. Walked out with £2 of chocolate and could barely move. This is a kids event and the adults shouldnt be charged. The whole set up is a greedy scam. Looks and sound the part but i promise you it isnt. OH and there are no refunds apparently.

Great little family trip out. Friendly, lovely staff from start to finish. The theatricals of each staff member in each area was great fun too! Even the teenagers had a great time. Loved the decor, took some great photos and made some nice memories and ate lots of yummy chocolate. ⭐️ thankyou

Only giving 1 star as there is no option for no stars. Absolute waste of money, nothing like we were expecting. Very cheap set up with poor quality product. Staff seemed to have no clue what was going on, didn't start on time. 6 Different areas to explore apparently, let's just say if they had a toilet they would of probably advertised it as 7 rooms in the description. 1 of the Magical room was a tiny room with 2 fitness trampolines in and a bit of tissue paper and tinsel, the kids were really excited for all of 2 seconds. Most fun they had was the ball pool, wish I'd taken them to a play area, would of been a fraction of the price and lasted a lot longer.Tried to contact them after the visit to give feedback no contact information anywhere. Messaged Fever ticket company, absolute waste of time aswell. Guess just put it down to experience, just hope this review will save some families money and a wasted journey. £64 for a family ticket for 2 Adults and 2 kids, If it was £20 it would of been too much. Just feel cheated and scammed. Dont waste your time and money.

Unfortunately it’s not worth the £20 each that we paid. It is pretty much 4 small rooms that you walk around for kids and get told about how to theoretically make chocolate with plastic items and then try a dark piece of chocolate. It was sold as if it was another Cadbury world experience. I’d rather go there.Even when we got there we had issues where apparently they were running behind so we had to wait in the main lobby area for about half an hour and even when it was our turn they couldn’t work out who’s turn it was next.Just seems like one of those pop ups that’s taking money and then will move on to the next place

I booked tickets for this ages ago when they first went on sale, and I have to admit when i started seeing all the bad reviews I was a bit worried. But we've been today and were pleasantly surprised. My little girl loved it and got a big bag of chocolate and lollipops to take home, we spent ages in the photo zone and got some fab pictures! We arrived about 10 minutes ahead of our slot time and I was worried because I'd seen so many reviews about people being made to wait for upto an hour and the staff being miserable and unfriendly. I needn't have worried, we only had to wait a few minutes before we were taken in, and every staff member was friendly and cheerful.I do agree that the price should be lowered a little, I don't think there was enough to warrant the price, but it's definitely not as bad as people are making it out to be
