Premier Inn Cambridge (A14, J32) hotel
Hard to rate a premiere in really. The rooms are clean and the hotel itself well maintained so there's nothing to complain about here. It's a biggish one to with its own restaurant not too do far from the centre by car. But there are many hotels in the world and many are nicer than this.

Stayed to take son to university open day. Staff were helpful. Room was nice and clean and was a twin" (double and single) as requested.Had breakfast in the integral restaurant. This was slightly disappointing as the kitchen was struggling to keep the buffet supplied so there were queues and shortages of cooked breakfast components. We had however been informed by reception on checking in that we should aim for 7:30am as " we are rather busy".It was a short walk to the guided bus which got us into and back out of the city very efficiently."

As always Premier Inn was comfortable, quiet, clean, and the staff were really nice. Had breakfast on both mornings, as they always have a great selection of food.We had dinner for the first time in years, as the evening meals weren't great many years ago. But now pleasantly surprised. A good portion, tasted lovely, and served at a good time.

Stopped at the Premier Inn for breakfast. Excellent service given to me by Alice. Katherine and Isla will definitely be returning. These girls couldn’t do enough for me.

Premier Inn Cambridge (A14, J32) hotel
Checked in today as I needed accommodation close to Cambridge for a Staff Christmas Lunch.Everything has been perfect so far.The hotel is very clean and tidy, loads of parking and easy access from the A14, the restaurant is welcoming with plenty of food and drink options, room exceptionally well presented and the WiFi is consistent and super-fast. You can't ask for more than that and all at a very affordable price.Of particular mention are Catherine and Isla who have been warm, friendly, smiling and super-engaging where nothing is too much hassle.All in all, definitely worth using if you need facilities close to Cambridge City Centre.

Stopped off while on our way to Suffolk lovely lady at front desk. Quick check in. Stayed for dinner and breakfast both were really good. Hot and fresh plenty of it definitely stay again.

A great place to stay if you are looking for a convenient location, prompt service and cosy atmosphere.Check in was nice and personal, rooms are spotless and service in the restaurant provided by a lovely waitress Greta was very efficient. We were looked after very well. Would definitely stay again.

Third visit. 10 minutes drive from Cambridge centre. Rooms quiet and fitted out as one would expect. Free parking. Very pleasant staff generally, but Kim in particular is great! Excellent as-much-as-you-can-eat breakfast for £10.

A hotel I have stopped in before great location for me being 2 minutes from work. Rooms are good only problem I had was I couldn't control the heating kept coming back on when I had turned it off. This got sorted when I mentioned it to a member of staff and they have an override panel in reception. Food is ok standard premier inn was cooked ok , breakfast was good poached eggs spot on.

Asked for a plaster and was told no by the host, then asked one of the lovely waitresses and she got one from the kitchen super quick. Also so asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste and the host couldn't be bothered to look when I could see them literally on display. The room keys stopped working and we went down to get another and the entire staff were on break all at once and waiting 5 minutes and had to ask if anyone could help me with my key, and they could see me waiting the entire time, bit rude
