Great company with a great and helpful staff. New SolarEdge Home Battery and Home Hub inverter installed by professional staff.

I can't recommend these guys enough, from the first phone call to the install / commissioning to the ongoing support its been first class. OK so I'm being upfront and honest, there was a few snags with our system. These snags have now been proven to be the fault of the manufacturer and the DNO and in noway the fault of PV people but they still took full responsibility and got the system working perfectly and application approved by the DNO. The price we paid was very competitive and the installation was arranged as soon as we requested it.At no point were we told to handover a massive deposit or chased for payment.We paid on completion as agreed.

We just had our Solar panels installed. We are very happy with the whole process, from start to finish. Really liked the low pressure over the phone sales approached backed up by the incredibly informative site survey. Really useful to see a 3D model of our property and what the panels would look like before making a final decision on layout. Communication with the team was frequent, and very friendly. All appointments were kept, scaffolding and installation of the panels were done professionally. Would recommend without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team.

Exceptional customer service and knowledge of Solar PV. I'm not surprised they are gathering so much word of mouth business. It's refreshing to use a company like this in a market where a lot of very questionable companies are setting up.

Could not fault the service, they came when they said they would come, did the job in a day and left no mess. They even did a curtesy email a week after installation to make sure I was happy and understood the app.Best of all no up front payments were asked for payment made in full on completion of the works.

PV people are not just another Solar install company. From the initial consultation it was very clear speaking as an Engineer, that these guys are Engineering lead. They don't want to just install and run, they want to provide the best solution possible to meet your needs. Theo did the initial consultation, which was very good, took onboard and listened our requirements. Delivered our quote with non of the sales pressure seen by other company's I've dealt with.The install was done by Cam and Brad, and all I can say is it was well and above my expectations, such a neat install. When engineers take pride in there work you know you are going to get good results.Great job guys, thankyou !!!

My experience in dealing with Theo - PV People, on a additional battery query, was excellent! His knowledge and follow-up regarding compatibility elements with my installation and his supplied info was spot-on. I wish this young company every success as they grow and sincerely hope they retain this high-level of customer service experienced to date.

PV people exceeded my expectations for my install. They were the only solar company who were interested in helping me repair my roof and get me the best solar system for my property. All the other solar companies just wanted to sell me a standard package, which would have fallen short for what I need. I believe my roof had not been touched in over 100 years and needed felting, PV people listened to what I needed and gave great advice. I could not be happier with my install. Thank you.
