Hollybank surgery what a waste of time have just been ringing for the last 20 Mins for no one to answer the phone this is at 11:55pm and the time is now 12:12pm someone finally answers only to say no appointments left only 1 g.p in today and loads of people waiting at the desk what a load of bull and a joke 1 g.p in all day get more staff can never get an appointment ever and the fact she said there was people waiting at the desk for appointments yea right dnt bother with this place

Excellent service !!Rang the surgery last week to be told no appointments left. Receptionist put me on hold and then told me she'd arranged an apt for me at 12:30pm the same day at Albion Street. Saw the ANP at Albion Street as arranged and received medication. Further visit to Holly Bank yesterday and telephone call this evening from the practice nurse. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them.

They refused my registration for this surgery because I live too far away from them. It is too far 1 mile away. That is true they accept only the patients how live in same building with there.

I have been with this surgery for over 20 years The reception staff listen to you and are very helpful, the doctors and Gill the nurse have always been understanding and their treatment has been excellent. My children are also registered at this surgery and have also received a fantastic service from this doctors

They taking new patients and then not answer the phone calls, if they do answere, there is no appointment… absolut joke!! 3 WEEKS!!!! I’m trying to see the GP!!
