Best Biltong in Brighton! As a born and raised South African I can say with complete certainty, that the biltong produced by the Sussex Biltong Co is nothing short of the best you can find (outside of my beautiful homeland). When I bite into the stokkie of tender, flavourful Peri Peri biltong, I am reminded of a very cherished element of my childhood in the beautiful mother city. Cape Town.

I stopped by here on the way to the station.The shop was being run by a lovely South African chap who was sitting next to all the fresh Biltong air drying.When you ask for some you can choose how dry you want it and if you want a bit of fat or not. This is as authentic as you can get.And the best part, it's absolutely delicious. A million times better than the stuff you get in tesco. I shall be back! Thank you!

Good biltong. Have a flavor Durban masala" which is unique. The shop is quite small but people queue up for entry. The only thing is that it would be nicer if they used gloves or Sanitizer before handling the customers biltong. The lady wiped her nose with the back of her hand whilst slicing ours. Obviously she didn't do it on purpose

South Africans in Brighton rejoice! A taste of home just got easier in Brighton with this gem tucked away. Really friendly staff happy to chat about home. Scored some Maltabella and amazing garlic biltong. Well worth a visit even if you're just visiting for the weekend.

One of my favourite shops in Brighton, with friendly staff .The biltong is amazing and a lovely variety of flavours, the garlic is just on another level. The boerewors is great and there are a quite a few South African goodies too, definitely recommend.

Great staff, wide range of SA snacks, a superb drywors and a loyalty card. Buy more than you need, you'll eat most of it on the way home.

Unfortunately the well prepared biltong has been soured by the absolute bitter ex-“south african” that works here. What a terrible person, never a kind word, always sour and unpleasant. As a brighton local, will never be coming back here.

Absolutely love the Brighton branch of Sussex Biltong Co- great variety, BT is delicious & I’m addicted to their seasoning variety! I tend to stay longer than planned- catch up with Fiona, who always greets me with a friendly face and we have a natter :) highly recommend a visit to all. Great company, great shop, great staff!
