Supplied and fitted a traditional stair runner with stair rods and fitted carpet to half landing and landing in our Victorian house. From first enquiry to fitting they were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Huge range of carpet materials to choose from and very patient with our indecision. They even gave us sherry while we browsed the sample books! Talked us through all the options for bindings, rods etc. Very knowledgeable staff. The quality of the fitting service was outstanding. Had to wait a while for fitting but this is because they won't contract out the work. We booked fitting months in advance and they arrived first thing on the agreed day. Overall a great experience and very pleased to support this family run local business.

The staff at the store were more than helpful in helping us choose our flooring. The price was competitive and after seeing how hard the team worked to fit the floor, and how accurately and professionally it is finished I couldn't be happier. The guys were on time, polite and tidy and seem genuinely passionate about what they are doing. After my carpet had shrunk at the doorway & come away from the doorplate i contacted the shop to ask if they could help they sent a lovely man named george who was very helpful he managed to stretch it back in i was so happy with the service would highly reccomend
