The Party Shop

Brilliant little shop but with a great selection. The lady was very helpful and polite. Would recommend this shop.

Visted this store today had a awful experience....last week I went and spoke to a lovely member of staff...purchased a few things and then asked about a balloon helium service..if they inflate them for you if you have your own...she advised they do and it was 2.99 for the big balloons like the unicorn ones i had... fast forward to today ...I went and suddenly they had had a price increase the big ballons wer now 3.99...seemed very odd to me ....when I questioned it they became very hostile and short with their answers...so I paid the new inflated price and when I left the store I called my husband who had been to the store in the morning... he said he had told them my wife was coming later in the day to use the balloon service and asked what time the store closed he too...didn't have a nice experience said one if the store members followed him arround the shop he felt very intimidated like she was ushering him out the shop.... seems to me they knew I would be coming and jacked up the price ...a very petty and unprofessional thing to do ...

Too interested in getting out dead on 2pm.. i arrived 5 minutes to closing another customer also in shop who needed 6 balloons, customer service truly the worst i've ever come across.. Bought foil balloon but seriously wish id gone elsewhere, the other customer left without her balloons we spoke outside.. both thought the same.. we wont be back.. this member of staff was way too interested in getting out dead on 2pm and not her customers.. obviously not her own business, ive got my own retail stores if i found one of my staff had reacted in that way no smiles, no helping, foil balloon almost thrown at me as i was an inconvenience they would of been out the door... remember its the customers that keep a business going.Wont go back no matter how desperate...

Always go to the party shop when in need of supplies for baking cakes. Also they have great catering supplies and equipment, never come away empty handed. Fabulous helium balloons also party plates, an array of colours and designs, napkins, centre pieces, helium balloons, ribbons, whatever the party occasion, including fancy dress. Brilliant.
