Terrible. Service wasn’t good, at all. The food took over an hour to arrive and the food was freezing cold, we couldn’t eat it The fire alarm went off multiple times, after someone burnt food. The smoke of the burnt food radiated through the restaurant, babies were coughing from it. BABIES, and children too. My sister has asthma, and the smoke didn’t help with her asthma as she was coughing, along with the many other people. Food was delayed, even longer than the hour we were waiting. We ended up leaving, without our food as the smoke got too bad for my sisters asthma and Terrible customer service/ waiting time for the food itself. Needs to change, soon. Probably not going to come back, ever.

Brilliant place amazing serviceI went out with my best friend to celebrate my birthday we ordered the chicken strips they was phenomenal.... service was awesome the young lady called Gemma looked after us really well made me feel so comfy and she even went and got me a piece of cake to take home..Will gladly go again

Great food, great atmosphere. It was a birthday treat for my daughter so didn't mind paying a little extra although I was shocked at the price of my double gins. I can't complain really, I got lots of freebies, kids ate free, staff were friendly and attentive but not overly so. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and the kids want to come back for Christmas.

So disappointing! I’ve been to this TGI’s several times and the service has declined massively in the past year. Went for our meal there today and was told there’s no heating in the restaurant as it’s broken, our meals were faintly warm, were never offered a refill of my drink despite it being a Diet Coke and taken ages to receive our bill, the waiters and waitresses just seemed to stay by the pass next to the kitchen whilst the customers were left wanting to place an order etc. It seemed like it was mostly Christmas temps who were just learning from one another tbh, won’t bother in future and will stick to the White Rose branch.

We waited over 1hr and a half and are food still hadn't arrived also with alot of smoke in the atmosphere my asthma got really bad and i had to wait else where to take my inhaler the services are really bad they talked while food was piled up not being served Terrible. Wouldn’t go back. The restaurant was freezing. We waited 20 mins passed our booking time, even though lots of spare tables.Steak came clap cold(£26,90 check the pic out) they sent wrong drinks twice, the whole experience was a complete shambles.Not worth the money or and £6.20 for a bottle of Budweiser is just extortion and taking the piss.

Service started poorly has we waited ages to be seated after multiple staff members walking past us with no acknowledgement. Our food came quite quickly and we still had not gotten our drinks. We called the waitresses' attention and they had forgotten our drinks. We started digging in but the food was basically cold. We waited for the waitress to come over to bring this to her attention and when she did come over, bearing our drinks, one was dropped by the waitress and smashed on our table, spilling all over. I've been a waitress and restaurant manager for a few years in the past and I can understand these things do happen and the waitress did apologise but there was no problem solving, the waitress mentioned that the table now smelled of alcohol but did not offer to move us (the restaurant was mainly empty), so we did ask to move and move our plates and cutlery ourselves. The waitress did not return as she'd left in a hurry with dripping cloths and we were still waiting to eat as we'd not been able to say our food was cold. After letting them know, she called her manager over and the last did not offer any solutions, just asked us what we wanted her to do. She then apologised and said she'd have it remade. We then waited around +20-30 minutes for our hot food to come. The food was okay, no one came over to check on us during our meal until we were finished and they offered us the bill. As I've been a restaurant manager for 2 years, I was shocked to be presented the bill and pay full price for our meal and drinks after all this. Honestly so disappointed, I'd never been to a TGI Fridays but the menu and decoration shows great potential. A shame that the staff did not match the energy and did not provide a good experience.

The most depressing birthday meal I ever had and the worst TGIs I think I have ever been to. I don't even know where to begin with how much of an appalling service we received. Our waiter - literally acted like she was part of the living dead, no smile, barely any acknowledgment from her the whole time we was there, then to top it of, we didn't get any menus until 10 minutes in to sitting at the table and we had to get up to finally ask for them when we found a waiter lurking around. Then, my family member gave one of the staff members my birthday cake to bring out and light once we had finished our food - we waited up to almost 50 minutes after we had finished our food, to then again, one of my family members having to get up to then ask for the cake, not once but TWICE to be brought out, for then the waiter to bring the totally wrong cake out and give me a slice of their birthday cake - with no ' cherry happy birthday' statement, just did not barely speak again, but the fact they totally forgot we had gave them our big birthday cake to bring out was shocking. Ruined the whole birthday meal and hopefully we will look back and laugh at how much of a mockery it was because that's all I suppose we can do. The manager did provide us with a discount as we had to complain, that was the only if any positive experience of the whole night.

Do not go!!! Poor service, just teenagers servers (no management), floors sticky all the way to the toilets, others tables not cleared for the whole time duration, toilets horrible - Went there after travelling north to Trinity to treat my daughter, host did not acknowledge me, told us to wait although restaurant was empty, ordered waited 40 mins for food, had onion rings was told I needed to pay £1 for BBQ sauce - see pic same tub that my daughter got her beans in (2 tablespoon) - toilet locks all broken. Twice the next to us table was seated and they walked out. PLEASE AVOID, Save your hard earnt money...
