Good breakie. Lots of choice. Proper sausages would better and warm toast would be nicer

Haven't been for a while. Toasted Ham Brie and Onion marmalade was stunning. I think it's new management and kitchen staff and they're smashing it out of the park. Got a new outdoor frontage all planted up and covered and lit with tables for eating outside as well as indoors. They still do those much loved biker breakfasts. But so much more as well. Hope they go from strength to strength. Check them out on Facebook.

Dec 2023 Breakfast used to be amazing here but it's a tad overpriced and not served hot these days. The cafe is quite cold when sitting to eat inside which doesn't help when the food is not piping hot. Staff are friendly and helpful though.

Food was good. Good selection on menu. Took 45 minutes to serve up a burger though. We sat on table for 30 minutes with someone else’s dirty plates - promised to be cleaned up three times, had to go get someone in the end. Had two cans of lemonade, served without a glass, asked for glasses, server went away. Again, had to go find someone to ask for a glass after 20 minutes waiting. Plenty of staff. Was about half full, not too busy. Hate to see what the service is like if they were busy.

Excellent location up in the peaks. Food quality is good and prices reflect the current financial climate. Staff team are friendly and the cafe itself is cosy with good outdoor seating areas too. Parking is easy. Oh and the cake selection is yummy

Dropped in looking for a busy motorcycle cafe. Wow, did we find it. Great people to chat with, warm homemade pork sausage rolls to die for washed down with a lovely brew. Good prices. A lot of breakfasts being eaten and a good selection of cakes. Huge hard standing for bikes. Hard working staff in there too.

I dropped into the cafe as I drove through the Peak District. I got a breakfast sausage roll, which they call a cob in this area. The food was prepared quickly and I sat outside to eat it before continuing on my travels. The food was nice and at a good price. The cafe looked clean and so were the toilets. The cafe seems to be a bit of a meeting place for motorcyclists and car enthusiasts alike. It’s worth a stop to refuel yourself on your journey, if you’re in the area.

The day was wet and gloomy so for want of something to do, I drove to the Yondermann. Once there, I noted the front parking area for large vehicles such as my own. There's another car park to the left with a height barrier that's intended for cars. As the building can only accessed via the front steps it wouldn't be possible for anyone with mobility problems to access this cafe.I decided that I would order breakfast and a tea. After adjusting my order slightly I was presented with a very nice breakfast that consisted of two very tasty eggs, two rashers of thick cut real bacon two nicely flavoured thin sausages two excellent hash browns and some tinned tomatoes which I prefer to the traditional half of a tomato. And a mug of proper tea.The chairs are a bit uncomfortable and the cafe is more like a canteen than a traditional cafe, but these are minor points. The food was properly seasoned and cooked to perfection. This is an ideal place to stop for breakfast if you're working in the area or just passing through. Breakfast is served until closing time at 15:00.

As a family we go here probably once a month, usually for breakfast, which is very good. We recently went at lunch time and had two items off the special board, the king size Yorkshire pudding with slow cooked lamb and pulled pork loaded fries, both dishes were very tasty and good value for money. There is a great kids menu (high chairs are available) and the coffee is excellent and my kids rave about how good the hot chocolate is! There is also always a great variety of homemade cakes and traybakes.
