Battersea van hire
Excellent service. I rented a van in December and was provided with a voucher to pick it up from SIXT Battersea. I was given the wrong van, overcharged and didn't receive the emailed receipt I'd been promised from SIXT. I tried repeatedly to remedie the situation with SIXT Battersea via email, 3 visits to their office and contact with the manager but got nowhere. However, Creighton at Battersea van hire took on my case and persisted for 6 months to eventually secure a refund for me.
