Was a bit worried as I had not practiced yoga for a long time but Adam is understanding and helpful.Telling us to only do what we feel comfortable with.It is a very enjoyable 1hr and after the session I feel very relaxed, I would recommend it to anyone who has done yoga before and also beginners.

Lovely, friendly yoga class. I joined the class as a complete beginner and am really enjoying it. The pace is gentle & Adam is very encouraging & explains things well. It's so nice to have a good stretch after sitting at a desk all day! I always feel very relaxed afterwards.
