Jake replaced our boiler for a Worcester Bosch over the last 2 days with a Hive thermostat. Very professional and tidy installation. His workmanship and attention to detail are second to none. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again for any future heating/plumbing requirements. 10 out of 10. Thanks

Had an appointment with a guy called Jake a week ago. He texted just over an hour before the appointment to say he couldn’t make it. Fair enough, we all get tied up now and then, so we re-timed for the same time the following day. Only he couldn’t be bothered to turn up then either - not even a courtesy call - nothing. I’ve waited a week to see if he was professional enough to contact us and re-time but nothing. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

very very disappointing, after explaining we have had no heating or cooking facilities for over 8 weeks an appointment was booked and, no plumber, no contact via phone, msm, dm, or email, or call-back request, all ignored, even though I am in Scotland and my wife is alone, no response, truly gutted at the lack of professional conduct. MERRY CHRISTMASS.

Many thanks to Jake for a doing such a brilliant job installing a brand-new Bosch Combi boiler. I would definitely recommend Heatbase for a no mess, professional installation, completed on time by a friendly helpful chap.

I have had Heatbase do my boiler service and swap some radiators and I'm very impressed with the service. Jake was friendly and punctual and did all jobs to a good standard. I would recommend and will be using them again.
