Heidi and the team are really professional and trustworthy. We live an hour away so it's great to know our property is in safe hands. They've gone above and beyond to help us fix issues along the way.Definitely recommend!

Came across Heidi by accident, recommended by doctors receptionist,needed a bit of a 'buddy' for my 92 year old step mum beginning to struggle with Alzheimer's. Turnked out to be absolutely fantastic service, they got on extremely well and still do,step mum says ' my friend Heidi'. Started off a couple of visits a week, eventually got to everyday, sometimes one of Heidi's staff, all really helpful, polite, totally trustworthy. As an example Heidi called one Friday evening,step mum convinced she was having a proper medical episode,Heidi stopped with her for hours and even took her to A&E as no ambulance,a few days later after a fall resulting in a couple of broken bones did the hospital run again. In a nutshell extremely helpful,polite, trustworthy,went above and beyond many times doing shopping, laundry etc

We have used HP Cleaning at our Preschool and have been over the moon with the services we've received. The preschool is gleaming every day. Heidi has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for us - thank you so much!

When I first moved into my new home the first thing I wanted was to get a cleaner. Heidi was recommended. I'm so glad that I listened to the recommendation. After an initial chat with Heidi it was decided that I would get a deep clean first and then they would come every other week. The deep clean was fantastic. I now have two ladies that come fortnightly and my home is spotless and tidy when they leave. When I am present they are so polite and they always have time for a chat, whilst working. When I am out at work and come back it's so pleasing to see how clean my home is. This is a fantastic company and all of the ladies that come are professional and hardworking. If you are looking for top quality cleaners that you can trust and relying then this is the company you want to use. Heidi the owner is absolutely lovely too.

Heidi and her team are fantastic. All are friendly and professional. They support me with a weekly visit to help me to live independently with tasks I am unable to do due to my disability, including cleaning which is done to a high standard. Highly recommend.
