I have tried on two occasions to use this company. First time they took 3 weeks to quote and the quote was way overpriced. Next time they didnt even bother getting back to me. I will not be trying again.

Mum and Dad used this company to fit a picture window on their bungalow, really impressed with the service, smooth from start to end and workman were so obliging and friendly .. would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered a piece of glass for a dressing table - when we got it home the glass had been made too short width wise. My husband did not have his glasses on when he placed the order and showed the sales assistant the measurement from his phone. Unfortunately, the sales assistant wrote down the wrong measurement 837mm instead of 873mm. We polity asked for a replacement to be told the sales assistant did not take the measurement down wrong and no replacement will be given! After using this company for many years I feel extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service for the mistake the company made on a piece of glass only worth £12. With no apology given and no replacement offered. Needless to say we will not be using this company again!!

Sarah King (who mostly answers the phone) can stop being so rude and abrupt to her customers. It’s a fundamental concept to to helpful and polite to clients to attract business!She was obstructive, argumentative and unhelpful. The initial quote was so inaccurate it’s pointless getting one at all, as it’s bears no relation to what it actually will cost. It would have cost over £100 more than the initial quote if I’d gone ahead with the order. Vat wasn’t added on. Also trying to book a date for fitting was much more difficult than it needed to be as I was told that ‘I can’t promise that day’ so maybe suggest which day you can commit to instead? As in the next day perhaps? This also drew a blank. Then I was told (not asked) to pay upfront before the order.If you work full-time (as most people would in order to afford this sort of thing) you can expect no flexibility/understanding or accommodating appointments for people in that situation. No thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Best place to get glass in bury.

The support I was given once I came to pick up the glass was brilliant, and the team worked to meet my unrealistic deadlines.. But there wasn't much help to choose the 'right' glass for the application... But I could have asked for help, and I would have received it I'm sure!

Excellent service, great quality product.

Very disappointed with the service. We didn't get the door we chosefrom the brochure. The glass pane design was changed to solar control unit. Then the door was fitted on the wrong side and luckily we were able to correct it before the job was completed. This experience caused us so much distress that we would not use them again or recommend them to others.

Had my home renovation done and couldn't ask for a better service. Totally recommend for service and value. Would definitely use the company again.

Replaced some glass in a glass display case not an easy job to do but did great job at a very good price !
