Bus number 386. Service 57 @ 1250hrs carr lane wheelchair user refused access as a pram was on driver very obnoxious that space is reserved for wheelchairs and only if it is not needed can a pram use it.

Worst bus service ever in the Hull area . Bus driver spending 15/20 minutes diddling whilst knowing the service is a good 10/15 minute behind schedule. Also cancelling the 23 service for no reason constantly amongst others.Swapped from driving to buses but will be going back if this isn't sorted for winter.

I am disabled and am constantly left cold and wet at bus stops without any means to get home. There is no contact number to check available bus times and all the timetable sheets are incorrect plus the online app is impossible to use for the older generation or someone with a disability.

Buses get cancelled at random on a relatively frequent basis, but that isnt the main problem here.Please for the love of god can you remove the 'this is the east yorkshire service 66 to hessle square' automated voice message on the bus everytime it makes a stop. It feels like im in a Jonny cab fron Total Recall.

My bus the 24 was cancelled this morning. From town centre to Coniston. I had to pay £13 in Taxi to get there. There other people there who where going to work and lost a days pay. You can't even telephone them anymre

I know there is a driver shortage but why cancel both Hessle buses at the same time. People do work in Hessle and finish late on a night. So after a 12 hour shift it would be nice to get a bus at the time it states instead if been let down time after time and either waiting an hour hoping the next bus turns up or paying for taxi.

No buses to Pocklington from Market Weighton from 1.05 pm beyond 2.10pm today. 4 buses 2 x X46 and 2 x 47 going the other way to Hull. Tracked buses extra one put on X 46 for York, deliberately bypassed Market Weighton going on A1079. Not a withdrawn bus as carried on to Pocklington then on to York. What a chaotic bus company.

Used to be brilliant, however now the service is disgraceful.It's really poor behaviour cancelling so many buses and not communicating it properly. People are only finding out when their bus doesn't turn up and then they find out the next one has been cancelled aswell.You really ought to start paying and/or treating your driver's better.

56 and 57 service on a saturday evening was a disgrace. Waited 45 minutes for a bus which never turned up. This is not the first time.
