Furniture By Design

I used Furniture By Design in April 2023. I specifically wanted to use a local firm and was pleased with the process that I experienced end to end. Ed first arrived (on time) to give a quote, then returned with product samples and a clearer indication of the cost, process and timescale at a later, agreed date. There was no hard sell or persuasion. The work started promptly and was carried out with care, efficiently and on time, which was very helpful to me as I have a busy schedule. The quality of the workmanship is good and I'm really pleased with the result. A fair price for a very good job. I'd certainly use this company again and am very happy with our new fitted wardrobes. Even with the difficulties posed by Covid, Ed provided excellent and responsive service in designing-built in bedroom wardrobes and chest of drawers for us. He patiently waited while our necessary prior works were unfortunately delayed and we were delighted to be able to finally take delivery at the start of this week. Ray did a superb job fitting the cupboards - he is a real craftsman with an eye for detail and perfection - and was so easy to have in the house. We are so pleased with the finished product.
