A Delightful Coffee Shop Experience with Exceptional ServiceThe coffee was fantastic and so was the Norwegian waffles:) but what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Sarrah, one of the staff members. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor, coupled with her knowledge of the menu, made the experience even more enjoyable. Sarah's passion for coffee was evident as she guided me through the various options and shared interesting details about the blends. Her attention to detail and willingness to accommodate special requests were commendable. Moreover, the cozy atmosphere and tasteful decor of the shop created a perfect setting to savor the delicious coffee. I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for an experience, where great coffee and a warm smile await.

Went to Shepherds Bush branch. One staff with great customer service but was left to everything which is not possible... I ordered a flat white with coconut milk & was charged close to £5.00 & absolutely no price list is present so customers can prepare. I felt it was deliberate given the over priced goods.... One customer even requested a refund.Please improve because your staff are nice.Black sheep has potential but no price list & the most expensive coffee... Most expensive than all the other coffee shops incl Harrods.

Really enjoyed the coffee here, it was delightful! The design of the place is simply amazing. However, I must admit it's not the most budget-friendly option. The staff interaction could've been better as I had to wait a few minutes before deciding to order from the terminal. If I happen to be nearby, I'd definitely consider coming back, especially since it's better than the competition next door. But, I wouldn't go out of my way just for it.

I absolutely love this place—great coffee, and the waffles are awesome! The staff is really friendly, and you can order at the counter or at a kiosk (which I prefer. That way, you get to see what options they have available). They do have outdoor seating, but the indoor space is small, so I'd recommend getting it to go.

Delicious coffee and outstanding service. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They gave me coffee testers so I could make my choice of which coffee to drink. Lovely experience that you won’t find anywhere else. Really great! Thank you Susie and your co-workers :) made my day!

I popped in for a quick espresso, and the experience I had exceeded my expectations.The coffee was very flavourful. Its perfect bitterness made me feel fresh and sharp in a minute! The staff were lovely, and it was a true pleasure to have the drink in such a pleasing atmosphere. I had a very tough and stressful day, and I simply needed to re-charge my batteries.. which I managed to do thanks to the joyful ambience and friendliness of the baristas.I did not manage to get their names, but my order was taken by a lovely Black gentleman, while a sweet South-Asian looking lady and her tall colleague with bleached hair and a very kind smile prepared it for me and called me to the counter.I will be back very soon!They deserve 6 stars!Thank you for making my day guys
