I would highly recommend Hendy Renault Brighton. My husband and I were in need of a replacement for our old car but were dreading the whole thing. However Chris showed great professionalism and patience and helped us through what then became a very pleasant experience. He really did go above and beyond in order to make us feel at ease. Our needs were discussed without any pressure selling, over a coffee and he managed to arrange everything very quickly for us. He even printed us paper copies as my eyesight is not great in order I could read everything easier. We also met Dan the Manager who introduced himself and wanted to check that we were happy with everything. Excellent customer service and kept informed all the way. Thanks again Chris for you kindness and patience. The car is as you promised and we are so very happy that we came to a Company that we feel we can trust.

It was the best experience for us. Especially Jake who is a professional, patient, wise, helpful and friendly person. We did not feel any force at all. We were updated every week about our purchase and it was wonderful.

Called into Hollingbury to see if I could afford anything as my mileage is getting high. Ella was very helpful and understanding. Excellent service from Jake at Hendy Brighton. Communication was clear and frequent, without being intrusive. From enquiry to collection I felt valued and in control of my decisions- no pushing of extras beyond explanation of the choices.

Jake has been extremely helpful over several visits to the showroom. He took time to answer all our questions about our new car and is continuing to offer help and advice whilst we wait for delivery. Everyone in the showroom was friendly and helpful also.

Amazing experience.Visited a couple of times to look at a car for motorbility. We met with George who was great from the outset. Went through everything with us on our first visit is a clear, concise way. No pressure felt at all. He gave us all the information we needed and let us make an informed decision.We arranged a test drive of the vehicle we were interested in and George came in on his day off to facilitate this (an extremely kind thing to do in our opinion) and again went through everything with us clearly.On both occasions George was kind, accommodating and informative. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision. He was clearly all about giving us everything we needed to make a decision we wanted. Something from experience is rare when looking at new cars.Highly recommend having a visit here if you are looking for a new car.
