Best afro-carribbean barber in Gillingham. Having moved from London I thought I'd have to be travelling back every 2wks. Frankie is does a good cut and actually does what you ask.

Since moving from London to Kent 8years ago I have visited quite a few barbers and I must say that this barber is simply the best . Good hair cut and fantastic costumer service skills to match.

Auxigen has been the barbershop I’ve been going to since I moved to Kent in 2017. The service is immaculate and the vibe is always A1. A great place to also network with people and enjoy good thought provoking conversation. Frankie you are doing an amazing job, keep up the great work

Waited for close to 2 hours as I knew I hadn't booked an appointment. However after these 2 hours when I heard another customer who had apparently been there 2 hours before me complaining because his appointment was by then 4 hours past and the barber was fitting in a more recent appointment, I got up and left.Make of this what you will

Strictly by appointment but had to wait about 10 mins after my appointment for the person in front of me to finish having his hair done. Asked to have the front of my head lowered to the current level of the back (ladies cut) and my whole head levelled (no fade). Clipper goes from the back of my head to the front and I am almost bald!Clean cut and shape but not what I asked for. Will be wearing wigs for the next few weeks until my hair has grown back out and will not be returning here.Listen to your customer and not do what you think they want.

6 years ago and now it’s the same problem with this shop. He now has a booking appointment and still tells you there’s people before you at the time you booked. No apology, no notice, nothing. I will never come to this shop again. It’s horrible customer service and he’s dishonest. He has no care for other peoples timings.
