Got my phone battery replaced. It was done quickly, the staff were friendly and the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately the quality of the battery doesn’t seem to be that good. I’ve had it less than two weeks and it’ll be down to 10% by the time I go to charge it in the evening. I don’t watch videos, make video calls etc on my phone so I imagine the charge wouldn’t last a lot of people all day. I expect to be getting my battery replaced again somewhere else within a few months.

If you have anything more than a phone then avoid these guys.Over a 5 week period they had my iPad 4 times. Every time it came back with more problems.The final ‘repair’;Face ID brokenWi-Fi dropping regularlyScreen freezing regularlyDead spots on screenFor this they charged me £200.I have just returned from the Apple Store. Effectively the tablet is now goosed. It will cost me £600 to scrap it and get a replacement.It’s pretty obvious that they don’t test thoroughly after repairs. That’s unprofessional and unacceptable.

The screen replacement was done swiftly and with great professionalism; my phone now feels just like new. All functions are working perfectly.

I paid £50 just to be informed my MacBook air is password locked.On submitting the MacBook it was clean but on collection there was residue from the sticker they wrote my name on.I asked to have this removed and the man used a liquid and a sponge-like blue stuff and rubbed off the gold finish.I submitted an unmarked MacBook and got a marked one in return.They should know better than to use the sticker that leaves gummy residue on removal.Feeling very bad.
