Katie is always very reliable and I trust her completely to take good care of all my animals. She is very helpful and always takes on board whatever I ask of her. 5 star quality care. Extremely happy with her services and will definitely continue to keep going back to her services!

Katie is so knowledgeable and professional. Sherlock loved his sessions with her. Katie came to the house for his puppy training sessions, as he wasn’t allowed out until after all his injections. I think starting when the puppies are young really sets them up to be so well behaved. I would highly recommend Katie. I can take Sherlock anywhere and he is so well behaved, all down to Katie’s training and tips.

Katie is an excellent dog walker. The booking process is easy, Katie confirms the booking and you can opt for reminders. Sasha enjoys her walk and is very happy to see her. The service is very well run and very reliable. Would definitely recommend Katie !

Our lab goes to Katie for occasional day sitting and short-term holiday care. She's a nervous dog and Katie has worked to gently settle her in and ensure she is happy and well cared for. Our lab likes going to Katie's and I am 100% comfortable leaving her there.

We called Katie very last minute because we wanted to go away but didn’t have doggy care. Katie managed to squeeze us in and we were so grateful. We have two large dogs both problematic in their own ways so we were a bit nervous about using someone new at such short notice. We introduced Katie to the dogs and her calm manor really was great as the dogs warmed to her quickly. Katie sent us videos and photos whilst we were gone so that we didn’t worry. We will definitely need her help again soon! Thank you Katie.

Katie provided a great service with dog sitting my young Labrador at her house for 2 nights. We had a short introductory meeting which really helped to put my mind at ease and Katie was happy to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Katie Brill PDT and would use her services again!

As a google local guide, I take my reviews seriously and am committed to providing an unbiased review. Unfortunately, our experience of Katie has not been positive at all. She initially responded to our request but then became impossible to get hold of, either by email or telephone. A simple response to say she was not practicing or was not well or, was fully booked up would have been courteous and not left us in the dark with behavioural issues. We did manage to get prices out of her which were ok.This is no way to run a business, or to treat customers.I would avoid, and I recommend Cathy at Horton Dogs if you want to be treated seriously.

Katie has been great. Our 13 month old Vizsla has two morning visits at Katie's every week. He loves going and has settled in really well with all the other dogs. We cant recommend Katie enough!

Booked Katy for 4 days to walk our 2 dogs while we were on holiday and my elderly mother house sitting. She walked the first 2 .. said her son was Ill for walk 3 and didn’t hear anything at all on day 4. When we chased her She said she forgot to send a message to cancel. Communication was very poor and no apology for letting us down. Wouldn’t use again and wouldn’t recommend.
