Crosby Coffee Oxford Road

Coffee done with care. Lots of choices when it comes to beans, including buying bags of beans.Reasonable selection of pastries and cakes, but I didn't partake. Everything looked tasty though. Pet friendly.My wife didn't enjoy the coffee, so maybe ask for advice if you're a Columbian Stan.

Crosby Coffee has been sold in cafes around the area for a while now, and good to see their operations being moved locally. The coffee is lovely and the Iron Man Coffee is a lovely strong blend. Been inside this coffee shop for one drink and the service was great and the coffee was even better. Will be visiting more in the future.Update: now has a downstairs area which is lovely and ideal for working in.

I tried to order a hamper for Christmas for my husband but left it way too late. As an alternative and completely without prompting, I was told to order some bits from the online Christmas store and it would be boxed up as if a hamper and ready for collection the week before Christmas - I mean, that's just Customer service at its best really isn't it. An actual person, available quickly on email (and a few emails exchanged) who was kind, courteous and went the extra mile. I'll keep going to Crosby Coffee, because they're great. And their coffee is the best, too.

Second time we have visited now and second time we had not great experience. I have ordered a black coffee with milk on the side and cappuccino with no chocolate sprinkles. What I got was the milkiest coffee I’ve seen and loads of chocolate bits on the cap. I could scoop out the chocolate, at least most of it, but with the other coffee, or should I say milk with a hint of coffee, I couldn’t do much. I said I asked for black coffee but just was ignored. With no choice left I attempted to drink it but it was not drinkable (for me of course) so I tipped it out and went for a coffee elsewhere. I would expect better service, and being able to get what I asked for, especially when you are paying over £7 for your coffees.

Visited this little gem a few times and never been disappointed.The staff are so friendly and happy to help I don’t know much about coffee so was unsure of which blend to have they were happy to explain and I got a fab coffee.Can’t wait to return!

It’s clear from the queues and the steady stream of people (and their dogs) that this is no hidden gem, but as a tourist you may be surprised to find this place on such an unassuming residential road. Friendly service of very good coffee and pasties. Pour over or espresso fan, you will be happy and satisfied. About my only complaint would be the lack of more substantial food options.

Warm, welcoming environment and really lovely staff. I had a latte and a cake and both were delicious and reasonably priced. I sat outside and my coffee was brought to me quickly considering it was busy. I didn’t realise but it’s also dog friendly so I can’t wait to go again and take mine.
