Fantastic team and 5* serviceOrdered all our bathroom units, mixers and towel rail from sanctuary bathrooms and so glad I chose them over other stores. I've called them to amend my order and follow up on delivery to accommodate my availability and the team has been incredible, polite and professional. I would 100% recommend them.

I’m trying to spend around £15,000 with this company but I get no responses to emails and no call backs when I ring them.How do they stay in business?

Very happy with the product, but the service was where it stood out - their team happily answering quite a few questions, calling me, reassuring me and matching another competitors price. I’ll definitely use them for our next bathroom project.

Excellent customer service. Excellent quality items at excellent prices. I bought an item that came in 3 pieces. One of the peices were defective, called up and told them about the issue, they said they’d be happy to swap it out for a new one. Went there and they swapped it out for me. Update from our initial disappointment: the company promptly reacted to the feedback and have progressed with our order and delivery in a very fast pace and with excellent communication. So all and all a bad start with a good ending. Thank you to Richard and Paul for helping us finalise the order and arranging a fast delivery!

Very professional and polite staff at Sanctuary Bathrooms. The Showroom is very expansive and has many different styles, colours and sizes on display to look at. The products offered are all of premium quality and most come with at least a 10 year guarantee. We needed to kit out a bathroom and buy everything ASAP and Sanctuary bathrooms were great at checking stock and making sure that we were able to sort what we needed within a couple of days. I greatly appreciated the fact that many of the recommendations given to my wife and I were of products cheaper than the ones I initially had suggested, these guys are definitely not the type to push you towards more expensive items just to increase their profits. At the end we managed to get sorted with the shower unit, sink, sink basin etc that we wanted with all items delivered to London within 72hrs. Note that this isn’t the ideal place if you’re looking for cheap products for a rental property, but if you’re looking for a top spec bathroom for your own home I can’t think of a better company I’ve ever come across. Absolutely stunning customer service from our first phone call right through to after sales service at Sanctuary Bathrooms. We dealt with Tom Hudson all the way through our lengthy self-build process, he was there every step of the way to advise and handhold, organising separate deliveries for the bulkier items and generally being a thoroughly reliable and friendly person to lean on for all things bathroom! It felt so refreshing to be valued as a customer, recognised by name, and not passed around the business. First class Sanctuary, keep it up!

I placed an order of over £5k but when coming to fit the bathroom a number of products were missing, notably brackets to attach the glass panels to the walls and bracing bars and associated products to fit this. On calling to report this missing I was told it had been ticked off on the delivery note so it should be there. I asked for photographic evidence and was told this was not possible to provide but because it was more than 30 days since delivery they weren’t willing to accept this was not delivered. I was also told that this happened all the time as the products were delivered separately to the glass they came with. After multiple discussions with someone in customer services I was told I would have to cover the cost of the products (which I’d already paid for, and not received) at a cost of over £400. I was surprised and extremely disappointed to be asked to pay for products I had already paid for and not received, with no evidence of delivery.Sanctuary eventually compromised but made me pay £200. On an order of £5k making me pay £200 for products not delivered me seemed unreasonable and not what I’d expect of a reputable company. The bathroom was half way through being fitted and I was 8 months pregnant so felt pressurised to pay this to get it resolved.The customer service team were nice but didn’t come to the right decision. You can get the products at other retailers that will not make you pay double. I’d sent a compliant to customer services and heard nothing back. Would avoid!

I have used Sanctuary after having a difficult time with another supplier. The two agents I have dealt with were absolutely fantastic. Talked me through everything I needed and even recommended products to us, and spoke to the manufacturers when we had questions. We had a problem with some of our basin wastes (Manufacturers problem, not Sanctuary), and Sanctuary sent us replacements with next-day delivery.Could not recommend this company enough! Big thanks to Matthew and James for being fantastic.
