The workman spend more time sat in the van then working .Absolute joke .He managed to cut 4 pieces of 4x2 in a day .Disgraceful.Think very long and hard before using them they drag the work out .Obviously over pricing .Two days work dragged out to a week and still not finished .Dont use them if you want efficiency and value for money .

I have a 20 year guarantee for damp course. I rang them up about damp coming through they wanted me to complete a pack and pay over £100 for “research fees” so I sent them a picture of the area now they’re claiming they didn’t do that area despite me having a diagram THEY drew which shows what areas they did. I’ve given up and taken it to trading standards
