Wanted to say a huge thank you to who I think was Aileen who helped myself and my partner pick the correct hamster. She spent around an hour guiding us through the store and helping us decide on the correct hamster, cage, food etc. She was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful and is an asset to your brand.

Very swift and knowledgeable.We're very good for making sure that we had the information that we would need to look after our new pet before allowing us to take them which is very reassuring.Till staff member was exceedingly helpful and helped me understand the app.

Polite and friendly staff. Store is located at the retail unit, not in the forge itself. Has all your furry friends would want and more. Plenty of parking, next to Sports direct and Next retail.

Always found staff to be really helpful with showing us where things are, or encouraging us to use the mobile app and gain discounts via the VIP offers. The shop looks like it could do with a refresh / change of layout, but just a minor thing.

Went to Get Nico GroomedPoor groomer was on her own as the other phoned in sick.She was amazing though and Nico came out looking perfect.Amazing service from a poor stressed girl who definitely deserves her holiday.

Needs more staff my son an myself waited 30 minutes for someone to help us with buying some fish After giving up and just buy fish food for his other fish it wasn't untill I paid and then asked again about buying fish that I was given help. No slight on the staff they were professional and polite very knowledgeable about what fish we had and what fish would fit in with each other again no problems with the staff I just think they need more of them.

Absolutely vile people DO NOT USE THEM!!! Tried charging my partner £45 to tell him my cat was constipated! Daylight robbery.
