I had the pleasure of working with Amy over the past year. Having made the decision that I wanted more out of life I worked with Amy whose support helped me believe I could achieve that. Coming into the sessions as a sceptic and pessimist I wasn’t sure what I would be able to achieve but I have come out of our time together with a new found understanding and appreciation for myself, self-respect and real practical approaches to things that I just thought were normal for me. Amy’s approach is compassionate, warm and practical and I felt at ease and challenged in an appropriate way at all times.
