This has to be the worst company that I have EVER dealt with . They are bullies and extremely unprofessional and patronising.The after service as mentioned by another customer is abysmal and non existent.They use bully techniques to try to intimidate and in there case the customer is NEVER right.I would rather pay more and deal with a professional company who look after their customers. They are damn right rude and that’s the boss what a fine example he is setting to his employees.

My floors were a mess after building work. I had screeded them myself and made a total mess of them. I had spoken to a number of companies who advised to rip the floors up. I spoke with mike at bebington flooring and he said he could get it all sorted. Tom and George came screeded and firmed up my whole down stairs floors. They then came back and fitted parquet lvt flooring. Looks amazing not cheap but worth every penny. Cannot thank them enough and would highly recommended this company

We’ve bought carpets from here for years , the service has declined recently .We had bathroom lino fitted recently and it’s got a big mark on it . Told it’s a water mark and not there fault . ( it’s waterproof lino less than 6 months old )No after sales service , if you want good back up service don’t go here .Do cash deals though so you might grab a bargain , they’ll deny any knowledge of after service though
