Jo has been grooming my fur baby now for the last couple of years and there’s no one else I’d trust more to do this. My gorgeous Lhasa can be quite nervous but to see her run in to Jo and allow herself to be groomed so willingly is testament to both Jo’s natural patience and skills. Highly recommend - wouldn’t go anywhere else x

Cookie loves going to Short Bark and Sides, they are always professional and take such good care of her and she’s always delighted coming out of it, her groom is always perfect and she smells amazing! Thank you jo and Aimee x

dishonest and a liar ! she had my cat for an hour and half and assured me that he had been brushed, when I took him home, I noticed straight away that he had not been brushed and he still had the same knots and matting he had before. I contacted Jo and explained my disappointment and she said he had been brushed when clearly he hadn't and said I could bring him back in but then ignored my calls and messages when I tried to arrange an appointment. I paid £55 (inc £5 tip) for a professional job, and she did a 10 minute job which was poor, shoddy and unprofessional and then lied about it. I wouldn't go anywhere near her again!

Jo & Amy are brilliant!!! Both my dogs absolutely love going there. They always come out looking like they have been to a five star salon. Thank you both for loving my babies the way you do x

I was extremely happy taking Rufus to Amy and jo for grooming. Rufus first played in their garden and I picked him up 2 hours later - this was a nice touch as we are trying to socialize him but most important he looked great.Thanks,Shyam Popat
