I can't speak highly enough of the team at Cullen Property. We moved to Edinburgh from Ireland and were anticipating additional stress because of this, but from the first contact we had with Ashleigh and Ben they have been so helpful. We were able to view the property remotely, which saved us a lot of time and money, and each stage of the application process felt extremely professional and well-organised. They are also very quick to respond to emails and deal with issues, which has been a real breath of fresh air compared with other agents we've dealt with.As a tenant (especially these days, with high demand for rental properties) it can sometimes feel like you have no agency, but we really feel like valued clients with this company.

As a landlord for nearly 40 years of a flat for student tenants, I managed the property myself for several years until more and more regulations ( especially for a HMO property) were introduced and so sought assistance from professional letting agents.Having had very positive dealings with Cullen Property, relating to a property owned by a close relative, I decided to engage their services for my own flat.I have been delighted with the service I have had to date!I was assured of ‘a stress free service’ and this has proved to be the case with Cullen Property dealing with all aspects of flat management, from securing and referencing tenants, corresponding with the Council, ensuring the property is well maintained, advising on and supervising a major refurbishment whilst ensuring that all the necessary safety checks etc.are in place.I have found all the staff, with whom I have dealt, to be approachable and responsive to phone calls and emails ( even on national holidays!) and would highly recommend them.

We rent a flat from Cullen, and recently received an inspection from one of their new property managers Matthew. He was very friendly and kind, and we felt assured that we were in capable hands. As students we like to know who we are speaking to on the other end of an email so it was incredibly helpful to meet him in person and we are happy he is our new property manager!
