We engaged this firm to complete bathroom fitting and other plumbing work but were troubled by their lack of transparency on costs/pricing and their poor communication throughout.When one of their plumbers made an error whilst fitting the bathroom we received no apology and felt we had to fight for remediation and felt like we paid for it too.Recommend you get pricing agreed up front (which we tried to do - to no avail) before engaging them.
