Before you buy one of these read the reviews for Hotprice Tubs. Despite their claims that tubs2u to have nothing to do with hotpricetubs, both companies are owned by the same two cowboys ( Dean Morley & Sidhu Garon), sell exactly the same tubs (cheap chinese tubs with names altered) and have the same staff!!!Hotpricetubs has multiple court judgements against them so tubs2u has clearly been set up as a fall back company so that they can continue trading once hotpricetubs is shut down by trading standards .I have had one their tubs for 18 months and it has not worked for 8 of them. Nobody ever answers the phone or responds to emails and when they do it is all lies and false promises. These tubs are advertised as 'made in the UK' but they are made with cheap Chinese parts that do not last long and when they break, the company has no interest in repairing under the worthless warranty.I am now having to get my refund through the courts and will no doubt have to dispose of the tub at my own expense. I wish I had taken notice of the reviews and gone elsewhere because the whole experience has been a nightmare.Hopefully karma will catch up with Dean Morley & Sidhu Garon one day as they have left hundreds of people hugely out of pocket.

This company is owned by the same directors and selling the same product as hotpricetubs. Read their reviews before you spend your money. The owners are con men who are being investigated by trading standards which is why they have changed their trading name to tubs2u. My mother has had a nightmare trying to get hers repaired under the warranty. They have given up even answering the phone now. Research deansid ltd and hotprice tubs before you make the same mistake my mother and hundreds of others have.

Bought our hottub over 8 weeks ago from this company. Didn't come with chemicals or the cover lifter that I also purchased with the tub. I have been requesting a refund for the last 8 weeks for the £280 that's owed to me but no acknowledgement of my emails sent and being Palmed off on the phone where they say that payment will be in my account within 14 days (4th time they said this) and guess what, it never comes! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Purchased a hot tub off Jamie last month and the kids love it. Very good service and the delivery guys got it into place no problem. Very helpful showing us how to use the hot tub and the dosage of chemicals to use on the initial start up. Have recommended to my family and friends and hope it will convert sales for you. Well deserved 5 start

Had one of their hot tubs in my garden for 2 months now. Never worked and no cover sent so couldn't heat it up despite promises every week for the accessories to be sent. Had to get a refund thru credit card eventually and now waiting for them to come and pick up. Total waste of time, effort and money.

Had my tub since April and absolutely love it, The guys arrived bang on time on the day i requested to install it and did an amazing job, even protected my lawn with wood as the pulled it down the garden.Had a couple of teething problems after the install but John was very helpful in getting them resolved without hesitation.Would i recommend this company, Absolutely !!!! Having bought a hot tub from them 3years ago and receiving excellent service, I arranged for their engineer to come and service said tub. He was efficient, pleasant and professional and did a thorough job, my tub is now gleaming and working efficiently. The company kept me informed of bookings, I would go back to them if required

Do not Buy, wait months and months to be delivered & damaged goods when arrived. Hot tub broken down and leaks, also repairs from delivery still not fixed. Customer survive shocking that’s if you get through... promised engineer would call still waiting. Had hot tub 6months used it once when was working.

We have been waiting for our hot tub to be repaired for over 7 months. We have phoned & phonedThey just give excuse after excuse , can't get the part from china they keep saying. They never get back in touch.We even took out an extra warranty . That's a waste of money . They never did turn up to repair this problem just totally ignored us !!I would not recommend this company to anybody. Dont buy from them.

I bought a tub from this company 3 years ago. It leaked from new and after multiple phone calls they eventually sent me the part so I could repair it myself. They left me no option. My family bought two more tubs after me despite my poor experience, as they were cheap. I have since tried to buy a new lid for mine but they just ignore me. I cannot believe they continue to get orders when they clearly have no regard for any of their customers. Dont expect any after sales service or customer care.
