I'm a first time buyer and went to go and look at a car I saw online today and have an open conversation about the car buying process. I was approached by Matt who was so understanding about my situation and was willing to help me with any questions I had. I also had some brief conversation with Chloe ( If I remember her name correctly...) who made me feel just as comfortable as Matt did. I recently had my new 73 plate suzuki s Cross from Acorn Suzuki Crewe.A gentleman named Dean Charlesworth handled our purchase. I have to say what a pleasant and easy purchase this was., Dean was lovely, friendly, helpful and completely professional. Dean made sure all our requirements were met and made us feel in control and completely comfortable every step of the way. The car is fantastic , I am extremely happy and enjoying my car.I would highly recommend Acorn Crewe and especially Dean Charlesworth.

Called in to discuss options for potentially buying in the next six months, and was able to buy exactly the new car I wanted straight away, for delivery in a week. Dean Charlesworth was fantastic throughout the whole process, it was a joy to buy from him. Highly recommended.EDIT: The service department is also excellent; there was a defect with my new car, and their attention to resolving it has been brilliant.

Dealer responded very quickly to my enquiry and arranged a test drive a day later to suit me. Dean, the salesman, deserves particular praise for securing a good part exchange value for my old car and for not being pushy in the slightest. In fact, we arrived late in the afternoon to view and test drive the car and he very patiently waited despite the showroom closing 45 minutes later than it was supposed to because of us. He was very professional and patient throughout the process and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
