Awful! Logged a complaint 9 months later still being ignored. They don't have a complaints process. Airport transfer didn't turn up, hotel had ongoing building works and didn't have enough rooms and had a hotel being built right next to kids swimming pool. The customer service is non existent as soon as they have your money

Great holidays and staff!!

They should have a minus button as I booked a holiday with them last year and a week before I was due to go on holiday, I received an email saying that they went into administration. Trying to get my money back from the creditors. But how come they went into administration then all of a sudden they are trading again.My advise to anyone is to say away from this company.

Excellent service, Sales staff is very friendly, professional and skillful. They were able to find me fantastic holiday for my family for school vacation in August. Thank you very much and I definitely will book with them again.

Sales are good and helpful, just a massive shame about customer service.
