From beginning to end I can't fault the service I received. Lauren kept me up to date with logistics, the team arrived in the time window indicated and they were super quick and efficient in removing two large, heavy sofas. I would not hesitate in using again.

Extremely professional service with an easy going team who carefully removed my unwanted furniture. I called with only 24hours notice and was happily accommodated by the friendly receptionist.The removal team arrived on time, were knowledgable on how to dismantle the furniture and worked to a clean and tidy standard. Lauren handled the customer relationship with me and she was an absolute star, always super quick in getting back to me with all the info I needed.The service itself was brilliant and super speedy too. The men arrived early in the morning which was perfect for us, also we knew when to expect them because they gave us a call well in advance. My experience was very positive. Despite being delayed by traffic, which is just the curse of London, they were friendly, polite and professional. All rubbish was cleared quickly and with nothing left behind. Would recommend, especially as things are recycled where possible, which is a big plus for me.
