I had a few valuations for my property before deciding to choose Merryweathers. There were numerous reasons for this. Scott valued my property and his enthusiasm shone through. He was vibrant and full of life and this made me feel Merryweathers would give that same energy in selling my house. He also valued it at the best price and took in to account the extensive work I had done to improve the property. I had an offer from the first viewing and accepted. Throughout the process Alistair kept me informed with progress made no matter how little it was. I was very happy with their customer service and would highly recommend them. Telephoned this Estate Agents to enquire about an apartment they had sold previously , to be told they had no paper or electronic proof on file . Very poor service especially if you have any issues with the sale later . My conclusion would be to use a more efficient agent to sell or buy property .

All staff where so very helpful and attentive, they went out of there way to help and advise us, even more so when we we had to withdraw due to sad family circumstances. James and team are a credit to their firm and will always ensure you are looked after from start to finish. 100% would recommend their service.
