Worse experience....I only used these as I'm local and I like to support local businesses but sadly they have a bag full of excuses that's if they even bother replying to messages or emails.It took me spamming ever post on their Facebook page to get a reply to find out that half of my order wasn't in stock so they will take your money regardless if the items are in stock or not.And now iv spent 2 says trying to get a tracking number for the order that has supposedly been sent but again not reply.Also tried telling me that I WONT find the pads I was after as the whole of the UK is out of stock but luckily I found them in stock onOli's skate shop.Customer service -poorExcuses of poor health.

An excellent shop! Kate gives the best advice and is on hand to support choosing the right equipment. She's helped me when I've made mistakes too, and has gone above and beyond numerous times.

Absolutely useless place. Ordered and paid for skates for my daughter's birthday, told to collect the day before, drove 50 mins there, nobody was at the shop or answering the phone. Eventually told to collect the next day, drove all the way back only to find they aren't even in stock. Avoid this ridiculous shop if you can. Zero stars.

Quality local skate shop with a really good variety of kit. Primarily aimed at roller skates but a good general selection and a friendly knowledgeable owner.

I went in after not skating for 15+ years and hadn’t a clue what to get for getting into roller Derby. Kate and Chi were so knowledgeable and so friendly. Really approachable and helped me start off doing roller Derby. Highly recommend!

Received the item quickly but even though I've had the item before the size didn't fit right. I emailed straight away about returns or exchange, no response, emailed and messaged again and again, still no response, it's been 3 months and no response even though on Facebook messenger it's shown that they've seen my message. Will never order from them again. I'm stuck with a £90 item I can't use and don't have money to buy the actual size I need.

I received my pre-order boots a few days ago and I have nothing but praise for the 2 people who run this business.As we all know at the moment, there is such a demand for skates as everyone has decided to take it up as a hobby during the lockdown.Some of these skates are produced by hand on a line, and in any normal time would still take a while to complete someones order. Now put in the fact that a well known brand of rollerskates have an order list of over 20 thousand orders, AND put in the fact that they do not ship to the UK at the moment, but instead use UK distributers, as you can imagine, this would cause any UK business to stress because all they want to do is get the customers skates to them.MTS provided nothing but updates whenever they could regarding my order and even threw in some extra goodies as a thank you for my patience.I will continue to keep supporting this business in the future :) Thank you
