From first visit to installation the service has been fantastic . Alex is an excellent guy to deal with , keeping us informed every step of the way , over the years we have had window repairs and handle replacements , windows and doors recently replaced , I wouldn’t go to any other company . They come highly recommended from me .

Unfortunately after multiple emails of correspondence to and fro I was ghosted. I asked if they would be willing to change e single three panel bedroom window and they seemed happy to do so. I wasted 2 months waiting on them to supply and fit the unit but they stopped replying eventually. Not sure where I could have been a better customer. Maybe you could help me with some feedback. An absolute waste of time is my experience with this outfit. Pity.Subsequent to your reply; I’m afraid that you’re incorrect. This is your company and I did indeed deal with you. I called and spoke at least twice to someone. I also have numerous emails from Linda Hardie. I’m happy to email them to you should you wish. If it bothers you to the point you call people liars I’m happy to take the review off.

Outstanding service provided . Recently had 2 doors and two windows replaced to a very high standard . Window fitters done an excellent job while keeping mess to a minimum . Also had 3 windows repaired to an excellent standard .Would highly recommend the company to anyone .

Great service given yet again, had a new door put in a few years ago and now had some windows replaced, all hassle free. The guys were polite, professional and very tidy and the price was very reasonable. Office kept me well informed of progress of order. Extremely happy with the result and will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and quality work. From the original quote, the surveyor, the office staff and the gents who fitted - everyone was helpful and friendly.Minimal disruption during fitting. The guys were polite, on time and dud a sterling job including all their recommended finishes.Can't rate these guys high enough. Highly recommended.

Fabulous service - fitted a replacement sealed double glazing panel with absolutely no fuss. Excellent communication from initial enquiry right through to day of fitting. Gentleman who did the work was very polite & professional - and neat and tidy!! Would thoroughly recommend.

Ordered a new front door. Service from beginning to end was exceptional. Workman was very professional and extremely tidy. Also used this company to replace two window units in our conservatory again the service provided was exceptional and workers extremely tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommended this company.
