Aberconwy Equestrian Centre

This yard is by far the best in the area. The riding instructors are professional, committed and highly qualified. Excellent facilities include indoor and outdoor school and there is always a nice atmosphere. I have been having lessons here for 5 years and have enjoyed every single one, the instructors are encouraging and patient and it is evident in their teaching that they are passionate. The school horses are very well looked after, the yard is well maintained and the livery is excellent. I have kept my own horse there for two years and the yard staff and instructors are always willing to offer help, advice and guidance when asked.

Had my first ride today here ,not ridden since 2015 . Loved every minute of it . Adrian was fantastic with me ,couldn't have asked for more . Lovely clean yard ,immaculate horses and ponies . Can't wait to go back. Would highly recommend to anyone .

I have been riding at the stables for nearly 13 years and always look forward to being taught something new and exciting each week. You are encouraged every step of the way and are pushed a little bit further each time, so developing your skills as a rider.All the staff are always pleased to see you each week and are eager and willing to assist you.Great team spirit. I was looking for somewhere to ride, having ridden for many years, after becoming disillusioned where I was riding at the time.I went to Aberconwy Equestrian Centre, about 7-8 years ago, and knew I had found an excellent riding centre. The instructors are well qualified and very professional at all times. The yard is always clean and tidy and the horses extremely well cared for. Tack is also in excellent condition.The horses and ponies are all varied but well schooled and there are good choices for beginners to advanced riders.Lessons are always varied and enjoyable, from dressage to jumping to cross-country. There are also small competitions held for liveries and riding school clients at various times and everyone is encouraged to 'have a go' no matter what their level of riding.I cannot praise this centre enough. If you want to learn to ride then this is truly the place to learn. If you want to improve, no matter what your level of riding, you will always learn something new.Give it a try!! You will not be disappointed.

Friendly people lovely and clean well organised

I have been ridding at aberconwy equestrian centre for 3 years I enjoy coming here each week , the staff are very friendly and polite my son loves coming here for ridding lessons too , the horses are well looked after, stables and yard are always clean and tidy lovely area for a hack , the instructors are very professional at all times .

Wonderful, high quality establishment. Fantastic instruction and great horses. I would recommend this equestrian centre to any rider at any level . I had a brilliant lesson, enjoyable and perfectly tailored to my needs.

Used for dog exercise and it is brilliant.
