First class job done taking up a pair of Jeans. Only £1 more to have the alteration done in 1 hour. Staff really pleasant

Gave them a dress to shorten and bring in on the sides the woman was not polite at all couldn’t care less about even saying hello when I walked into the shop. She done the pinning while I tried on the dress and it is still too big. Then got it home and steamed it before realised when she pinned the dress she pricked herself and has left blood on my new dress that I have not even worn. And she couldn’t have missed it. I paid £24 for alterations that in my eye is a joke and disgusting for her too not even mention that she got blood on it. I had used them in the past and never had any problems but this was around 5 years ago. Definitely will not be using again

Been using Supastitch for well over a decade now. Lovely staff, always ask how I’m getting on/what I’m up to. Have had trousers done, jacket sleeves, jackets darted, shirt sleeves replaced anongst countless other things. When you you’re a fan of vintage clothes you need a good seamstress and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

The second I walked into the store, the lady was very rude and was not friendly what so ever. I asked her if she could do alterations on a dress of mine, and immediately refused without even properly looking at it. I began to ask why, and if there was any way she could hand stitch the dress in because she claimed she couldn't use the machine on that type of material" and she said no. She didn't even help advise what I could do instead

3 pair of Adidas tracksuit bottoms hemmed up overlocked and finished in matching threads. Excellent work delivered on time and for a fair price. Great work by the ladies, Thank you

I had a pair of Levi jeans in my wardrobe for a while they were too good to throwout I took them to superstich the lady behind the counter was very professional and friendly the workmanship was of a very high standard I tried them on its like having a new pair of jeans thanks very much

Took two pairs of shorts in to be shortened. This cost me £18. The stitching is the worse I have seen. The hem on both pairs is puckered and pulled.. This has ruined the look of these shorts. Could not be bothered to go back as there was no way to fix this. Would not recommend

I’ve used this shop several times to have trousers altered but sadly every time they have come up short. I like the idea of supporting small independent companies like these but sadly not this one.The last repair was a simple seem repair along my trouser leg (priced at £4). It lasted two days before tearing. I have since repaired it myself and it hasn’t caused me a single problem. It’s a shame as I thought I was paying for a professional repair.Would have given 3 stars but as with some of the reviews I found there customer service to be very poor.

Great at altering clothing, always get the job done to a high standard, not too expensive either and normally only takes a week max but is usually done earlier.Only issue is the customer service let’s them down, I feel like they need to learn to have a laugh with their customers. And smile once in a while!
