Staff brilliant, so helpful. Product range very good. If you can't see it, just ask and the assistant will order it to store for you for free. Considering it was Christmas, excellent store

Everytime I've been in to pick up stuff for my wife. Or to get vouchers. The staff have been lovely. Very accommodating.

If they had a better selection of sizes would be giving a 5star review. Every time I have been lately the biggest size I can find is a 14 which is disappointing. Also disappointing to see that have got rid of the curves section. However Garry is a credit to the store, absolutely wonderful guy always so friendly and happy to help, one of the few reason I still shop in the store is the customer service you get from him.

Called into shop to buy pair of pants I had seen on line. As a smaller store, they did not have them in stock. However the assistant tried to get them online and order them into store. Unfortunately the site kept crashing so eventually I told her to give up. She deserved 10 out of 10 for trying!

The clothes are good and well laid out. The girl working in the changing room was not very helpful in helping me to get a different size of a product or advising me in what location of the shop I could get something. It was as if I was disturbing her by talking to her.

The Belle vale store is always spotless and tidy with excellent merchandising and very helpful and friendly staff the best store in my opinion

A very good place for the local, new look stores are usually in town but this one is in belle vale shopping center.
