My hot water on my 22 year old Worcester boiler stopped working just before Christmas. Not worth getting fixed because of its age so decided to look for a new boiler.Found this company as the price for the boiler I wanted was unbeatable.Even given that it was 22nd December they were able to install a new Worcester boiler for me on Christmas Eve so I could have hot water again over Christmas which was installed by an excellent engineer. Unfortunately found a small leak in an old pipe connection that must have come loose during the work and because it was very old. They came back promptly to resolve and fix it no problem.Really good family run business. Service and communication from Lynn from the office was excellent throughout with no pushy sales tactics whatsoever. Had a very good experience with them.Would highly recommend this company for both service and value.

The interaction from start to finish was excellent. The new combi-boiler was fitted with the minimum of fuss and there was no evidence that the old boiler had ever existed, such was the attention to detail of the engineers that fitted my new system.Would highly recommend this company to anyone out there, who's in need of a new boiler.

We had our central heating boiler and circulation pump replaced last week by Eddie and his son Jake who were both personable, efficient and tidy and had everything sorted within the day. The initial quotation offered two options of boiler types and was also competitive with other supplier services and offered good value.

Very timely installation, competitive quote and professional organisation! Had the Worcester 4000 installed as a traditional conversion plus wireless thermostat in a single day. Crew also fully cleared old pipework and tank.

The heating system was changed from a boiler/water tank in loft to a “Combi boiler”. The boiler is in an upstairs cupboard and vented out through the loft. So more work involved than a straightforward like for like replacement. The work was completed in one day. The workmen were clean, efficient and polite. Very pleased with the standard of work and would recommend this company. Family run business with good values.

Within 48 hours I had a new, competitively priced, good quality boiler. From answering questions on the online chat, to Lynn sorting out the admin so efficiently, and Jay installing the boiler, the team are professional, friendly, and provide top quality service. Highly recommended!

Had my new boiler installed today and are very satisfied with my Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 as Id had a Worcester Bosch 28i for 16 years and it was time to swop it for a new one. The engineer was very professional and cleaned up after himself and took me through how to operate the new system from the Wi-Fi control . The office and Lyn were very helpful from start to finish and I can not recommend them enough as a reliable company to deal with. I will also be taking their service cover out as well
